CUNY Ends Open Admissions: “286 PASS ‘SECOND CHANCE’ CUNY ENTRANCE EXAM”

The Post’s report on the policy that ended open admissions and remediation for CUNY students. Instead, students needed to take an entrance exam in order to qualify for placement in the senior colleges – one that they only had two chances to pass.
